EarlNeo SG True, but only for seafood.. we do it that way, coz we need to ensure all ppl have some of the seafood... plus we short of ice box and ppl to carry it there.. etc.. on top of that... we dun want any one to have any food poisoning... we still have plenty of thing to cook.

And because of the above factor, u tend to forget that these people tat u eat with are actually strangers a few minutes ago....
